
Thomas Henderson

Mr. Henderson has been a trial lawyer for more than 40 years. A former Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Henderson spent thirteen years as an assistant District Attorney for Harris County. During his time in the office, Mr. Henderson was assigned to the 174th District Court, one of the most active courts in Texas, where he tried multiple felony cases and supervised other attorneys. He also sat on the Hiring Committee, Operations Committee, and Training Committee, advisory committees that helped shape the office of the District Attorney. Mr. Henderson formed the Major Offender Division of the DA Office, which followed notorious career offenders from police investigation up through their eventual trials. Mr. Henderson has maintained a private practice since 1982. He is licensed to practice in Texas, to appear before the United States Supreme Court, and to appear before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
